All competitors are required to complete the Liability Waiver in order to participate in competition. The Liability Waiver is included in the Registration Form - in order to access it, you must click on the “Event Terms” at the bottom of the form. Alternatively, you may click on the link below to take you directly to the form.

Failure to complete the Liability Form prior to competition will render the competitor ineligible to participate in any competition event, including team events. Competitors who fail to complete the form will forfeit all paid fees, refunds will NOT be provided.
